Accessibility Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026.

Music and stories should reach everyone who wants them.

World War Me Records is committed to making this Site usable by people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, captions, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we practice our mission, not an afterthought.

Our standard

We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We design for keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive layouts that work at phone width, and reduced motion for people who prefer it. Our work is ongoing, and we will improve the Site as we learn where it falls short.

What we do

We use real headings and landmarks, descriptive link text, alternative text for meaningful images, and labels for interactive controls. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology. We test with keyboard navigation and check contrast as we build.

Media

When audio or video is published on the Site, we will provide transcripts or captions where we are able to, and we will tell you if a release does not yet have them. If you need a transcript or an alternative format for any recording or document, contact us and we will work to provide it.

Known limitations

Some older content, third-party embeds, and music streaming links may not fully meet these standards. We are working to address them and will provide an accessible alternative when we can.

Tell us if something is hard to use

If you run into a barrier on this Site, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We will respond and work toward a fix. You can reach us at contact@musicalsoldier.com.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice's ADA information line or your state's disability rights agency for further guidance.
